Over 2,300 hours in single & multi-engine aircraft. Have flown high performance
singles & twins to Canada, the Bahamas, & all over the USA.
Was vice-president of the Honeywell Flying Club when I was 21.

My old '58 Rambler with the pushbutton automatic transmission. Had a '60 Chevy Impala before that.
Sold them both. I'm down to 2 mopeds now!

I get 90 miles per gallon with this one.

My old favorite airport: Palwaukee. When it was privately owned, it was the world's busiest privately owned airport.
They just renamed it Chicago Executive Airport. Located 8 miles north of O'Hare.
Took my first flying lesson when I was 16, right after I got my drivers license.

I used to fly into O'Hare Field or Midway Airport in my little 2 seater or 4 seater Cessna when I needed a thrill. To me, that was as exciting as winning a marathon, or climbing a mountain. One of the most interesting things I ever saw from the cockpit, was the curvature of the earth,
while flying to Boston one night, while at 40,000'

I could have had a job flying cargo out of Nairobi, when I was 21. I took the Air Traffic Controller exam &  was considering going into air traffic control. I would have been in that group that Reagan fired though. I decided to go into Real Estate instead. 36 years later, here I am, in Real Estate still. I guess it was a right decision!

It's always fun doing chores around the yard                        Having fun on my Brother's tractor

Still have fun playing my guitars once in awhile. Used to be in rock band in the late 60's.
At one place we played, we were the featured band. The Amboy Dukes, (Ted Nugent), was our opening band.
Gee! Maybe I could have been famous.
